Hey, mama! I’m Allie. I'm an author, an intentional living coach for overwhelmed moms. I've been online sharing my journey with minimalism and intentional, simplified living for the past six years.

I am wife to Brian (he was the kid who sat behind me in seventh grade algebra class) + mama to our herd of four tiny humans. I spent the first four years of motherhood completely miserable and stuck in survival mode: overwhelmed, overworked, battling heavy depressions and barely scraping by in life.

Then, I found the light at the end of the tunnel. When I started simplifying and removing the unnecessary from my life, I was able to finally shake my depression for good, have more free time, actually enjoy playing with my kids, serve my family well and be the best, happiest, most fulfilled version of myself possible! Now I spend my free time helping my fellow women get to that same place in their lives.

I’m mildly obsessed with cats and I drink coffee like water (you probably think I’m kidding - think again!) When I’m not chasing down kids or managing my business, I’m usually watching I Love Lucy reruns or at the gym trying to force myself to like running (I don’t think it’s ever gonna happen!)

Hi there! I’m Kelsey, a blessed wife, mama to four little princesses, writer, joy-seeker and founder of Simply, Life on Purpose, where I help women embrace purposeful simplicity in everyday living.

After years of chasing idealistic standards of perfection in my life, marriage, motherhood and beyond, I finally reached a breaking point that forced me to learn what grace really means and led me down a path of learning to purposefully simplify every area of my life in order to create space for what matters most.

The process has been anything but easy, but so incredibly worth it. As I've learned to live more simply and wholeheartedly, every area of my life has begun to flourish - imperfections and all!

Now it's my personal mission to support other women who crave more peace, purpose and joy in their everyday lives.

When I'm not making meals to feed our army, tackling the never-ending pile of laundry, having living room dance parties with my girls or pouring my heart and soul into my work, you'll probably find me snuggled up with my hubby binge-watching Netflix, getting lost in a good book or trying to catch up on years (and years) of lost sleep!
